THANKS FOR 9 GREAT YEARS

Dear beloved customers and the Hayes Valley community:

In 2011, Rand + Statler set out to be the largest independent concept store dedicated to discovering contemporary and indie labels that embodied San Francisco’s spirited but refined style. We were the first to bring Comme des Garçons PLAY, introduced ACNE jeans, A.P.C. and launched new brands like Les Tien. Our store hosted countless trunk show parties in support of up-and-coming designers. We saw businesses come and go, celebrated nine Christmas, Thanksgiving, numerous weddings and many more beautiful occasions with our customers. In recent years, we also saw our merchant friends and competitors closed their doors.

Finally, we accepted that sunset has come for Rand + Statler as well.

We are so proud to have contributed to what Hayes Valley has become: an urbanites mecca. It has been an honor serving this community, an honor to have inspired a unique style perspective. It has been a joyful experience to provide our customers with outfits for their date nights, honeymoon, vacations, holiday parties, and gifts for those very special occasions. We are sorry that we won’t be here for you this Christmas. The good news is we will be merging with our sister/brother store next door AZALEA and Welcome Stranger, where many of your favorite Rand + Statler brands will be available both in-store and online at www.azaleasf.com.

Our heartfelt thanks go to the citywide San Francisco community for all the love, and for giving Rand + Statler an opportunity to be a part of your lives.

Warmly,

Rand + Statler Family.
